Enrollment Agreement
Eligibility for taking this course depends on the following:
- You have 90 days, from the date of your purchase of the course, to complete the course. If not completed in 90 days, your account will be deleted without notification.
- After successfully completing the course by passing the final exam online, we will email you a course completion certificate). The creation of your unique Form DIC 552B student completion certificate is a manual process so your certificate will be emailed to you after being fully processed usually within 1 hour on the day you complete the course.
To participate in the online course:
- You must have access to the Internet and feel comfortable using a computer.
- You must be able to motivate yourself while learning independently.
- You must be able to manage your time wisely.
IMPORTANT– By taking this online course, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- I must read every page (my progress is monitored) of the text in its entirety and receive at least a score of 70% on every end-of-session review quiz in order to progress to the next session.
- I must complete every session, session quiz and the final exam without assistance from any other person.
- To pass this course, I must have completed the online portion of the course and passed the final test.
- To validate/confirm my participation and knowledge, a final exam must be taken online.
- I understand that no refunds will be issued.
